Meet the talented individuals driving our success.

Paul Fleming
Co-Founder
Paul Fleming is a renowned restaurateur in Southwest Florida, where he, along with his wife Jody Goodenough-Fleming, is transforming the culinary landscape. With a successful history of developing chains like P.F. Chang's and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse, Paul’s passion for Southern hospitality is evident in every venture. After founding Paul Martin's American Grill, he now focuses on local concepts, in 2018 partnering with Naples’ developer Adam Smith to expand Lake Park Diner, co-founding PJK Neighborhood Chinese in 2023 and Paulitas’ Taqueria in 2024. Paul actively supports local charities while innovating within the restaurant industry, reflecting his commitment to a vibrant
dining scene.

Jody Goodenough Fleming
Co-Founder
Jody Goodenough-Fleming is the co-founder of the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group, where her leadership drives innovation and operational excellence. As a key figure in the company’s success, she oversees operations across their popular restaurant concepts. Jody's deep industry understanding, combined with her passion for hospitality, shapes the future of dining in Southwest Florida. Balancing her professional commitments with her role as a community leader and devoted wife, she is dedicated to fostering a vibrant culinary scene.
And she loves her dog Kolton.

Michael Gervais

Michael serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group overseeing business performance while partnering with the Flemings on overall brand strategy and company growth. With nearly 30 years in the hospitality industry, he has held key roles with well-known brands across the country with oversight of as many as 145 locations. With strong ties to the New England area, Michael has called Naples home for 25 years.

Michael Ulizio
Co-Founder
Michael Ulizio serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group, overseeing financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, he has held key positions with Hard Rock, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, and Catawba Two Kings Casino. Michael holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in finance from Nova Southeastern University. Before joining the group, he was CFO for Askar Management Group, overseeing multiple franchise locations. Michael is drawn to the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group by its commitment to quality and
sustainable practices.

Co-Founder
Jeff Young is a dedicated hospitality professional at the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group, with over 20 years of experience in restaurant operations. He began
his career at 15, gaining extensive knowledge across multiple departments.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Jeff is committed to fostering a
culture of excellence and mentoring his teams. Outside work, he enjoys family gatherings and maintaining his farm, reflecting his passion for nurturing
and hard work.

Co-Founder
Ashten Goodenough is the Director of Design & Build at the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group, immersed in the restaurant industry from a young age. A graduate of the University of San Diego, she discovered her passion for design while leading exhibitions at the Discovery Center of Idaho. Now, Ashten focuses
on shaping the interiors and exteriors of the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group’s
units, creating innovative spaces that reflect the group’s commitment to
culinary excellence.
